About the Event
Come join Emily and I for an hour of deep relaxation, release, & restoration.
The soothing vibrations from my soundscapes are aimed to help the body achieve a deep state of relaxation in order to activate the healing properties of your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest). My sound baths will give your nervous system the massage it so deserves!
Reiki Master Teacher Emily will be channeling healing life force energy to be received by all in attendance. Reiki moves through the body collecting what no longer serves to guide it out. Out with the old to make way for the new; come experience an energetic reset!
No experience required. Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat, bottle of water, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable during our time together (pillow, blanket, eye pillow).
