Sound Meditation | Nov 26 | Vintage Venture

Join me for an evening of calming vibrations at the cozy studio located in The Vintage Venture.

Enter a deep state of relaxation, activating your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest), allowing your mind and body to enter a deeply restorative state.

This class does not require any prior experience. All you need to bring with you is a yoga mat or meditation chair, a blanket and anything else that will make you comfortable for the hour session.

The session will begin with a  brief guided meditation followed by a relaxing soundscape created with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other soothing instruments.
