Sound Meditation | Apr 23 | Simah Salon + Spa

Join us for an evening of healing vibrations at the vibrant Simah Salon + Spa in St. Catharines. My sound baths are aimed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) allowing your mind and body to enter a deeply restorative state.

This class does not require any prior experience. All you need to bring with you is a yoga mat or meditation chair, a blanket and anything else that will make you comfortable for the hour session.

The session will begin with a guided meditation followed by a relaxing soundscape created with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other soothing instruments.
