Sound Healing Meditation

Join us for an evening of healing vibrations at the cozy Maple Market in Jordan Station. Come and browse through all the wonderful products from local business (maybe start some holiday shopping early!) before enjoying an hour of healing vibrations with me! My sound baths are aimed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) allowing your mind and body to enter a deeply restorative state.

This class does not require any prior experience. All you need to bring with you is a yoga mat or meditation chair, a blanket and anything else that will make you comfortable for the hour session. 

The session will begin with a guided meditation floowed by a relaxing soundscape created with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other soothing instruments.
