About the Event
Join me for an end of the week sound bath at the gorgeous Refine Pilates & Yoga studio in Niagara-on-the-Lake!
Enter a deep state of relaxation, activating your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest), allowing your mind and body to enter a deeply restorative state.
This class does not require any prior experience.
The session will begin with a brief guided meditation followed by a relaxing soundscape created with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other soothing instruments.
