Join us for a personal sound bath experience at the KW Spa!
Feel nurtured and at ease while you immerse yourself in this luxurious sound experience. Drift into deep relaxation as your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) is gently activated, guiding your mind and body into a state of true restoration.
In our cozy, intimate setting, we’ll begin with personalized tuning fork treatments for each guest, then move into a short guided meditation. From there, allow yourself to be carried by a soothing soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other calming instruments. To close, you’re invited to enjoy optional oracle card pulls and light refreshments.
No prior experience is necessary for this class.
