Sound Bath | Apr 28 | Vintage Venture

Join me for an evening of calming vibrations at the cozy studio located in The Vintage Venture.

Enter a deep state of relaxation, activating your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest), allowing your mind and body to enter a deeply restorative state.

This class does not require any prior experience. All you need to bring with you is a blanket, bottle of water, and anything else that will make you comfortable for the hour session. Yoga mats, pillows, and eye pillows are provided.

The session will begin with a  brief guided meditation followed by a relaxing soundscape created with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other soothing instruments.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time to settle in. We kindly ask that you be respectful of the time and space alloted for your session. Doors are locked after the start time to ensure that all participants present get an uninteruppted sound session. All sound meditation sales are final.
