Think of this evening as part relaxation, part self-discovery.

We’ll start with a brief information session on past lives and the process of hypnosis, answering any questions you may have. Then, we’ll get comfortable: laying down, settling in, and allowing the sound bath help your body and mind unwind.

Once you’re fully relaxed, you’ll be guided through a gentle hypnosis to explore a couple of scenes from a past life that has influence on your current life. Nothing forced or dramatic, just an open space for your subconscious to show you what you’re ready to see.
