About the Event
We warmly invite you to a delightful evening of candlelit yoga, soothing sound bath, and community connection!
This enchanting experience will be led by the wonderful Sarah Reimer, who is joining us all the way from Costa Rica for the holidays, alongside the talented Veronica King of Kasama Wellness. Together, they will guide you through a gentle yoga session, enriched by Veronica's beautiful soundscapes, culminating in a deeply restorative sound bath during your savasana.
After the yoga and sound bath, treat yourself to a cozy hot beverage and some festive holiday treats!
No prior experience is necessary—everyone is welcome!
