Munchies & Meditation 420 Event | Apr 20 | The Maple Market

Get high...on zen ! Join us for our first ever Meditation & Munchies sound healing event! 

This event will take plae on Thursday April 20, 2023 from 6-7pm. Tickets are $33 each and include two single serving snacks for you to munch on before or after the event.  

*No cannabis is to be smokes, consumed or ingested on store grounds. Saftey is our nmber one priority, if you plan to partake in any 420 festivities before the event please plan ahead by arranging a ride or calling a cab. 

What to expect with my sound sessions: my sound baths are aimed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) allowing your mind and body to enter a deeply restorative state.

This class does not require any prior experience. All you need to bring with you is a yoga mat or meditation chair, a blanket and anything else that will make you comfortable for the hour session. 

The session will begin with a guided meditation followed by a relaxing soundscape created with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other soothing instruments.
