About this Sound Bath:
Enter a deep state of relaxation, activating your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest), allowing your mind and body to enter a deeply restorative state.
This class does not require any prior experience.
What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, bottle of water, and anything else you may need to make you comfortable.
