You will learn how to incorporate a self-care facial into your daily routine and enjoy a soothing sound bath to help rejuvenate your nervous system. The self-care facial will include learning about the oil cleansing method, stress relieving massage techniques, and lymphatic drainage. Veronica will be using products from her favourite Canadian owned skincare line, Province Apothecary. Their products are beautifully crafted using ethically and responsibly sourced plant based ingredients.
